Moving an Object

You can move reports, documents, folders and objects to other locations in XBRi. You can move objects you have created, or those saved in the My Reports folder. Only users with Administrator privileges can move publicly shared objects.

To move an object:

Navigate to the folder that contains the object you want to move.
Right-click the object and select Move. This displays the Move dialog.
Do one of the following:
- Navigate to the folder to which you want to move the object, and click OK.
- Create a new folder in which to place the object by clicking the Create New Folder icon . Enter a name for the new folder and click OK.

The object is moved to the folder.
