The HTML Body Contents tab allows you to create an HTML version of the current email.
Name: Enter the name of the email template, as defined in Site Manager. Alphanumeric, up to 255 characters; required.
Subject: The text to display in the Subject line of the email. For Contact Us email templates, the subject you enter here displays in the Email Subject drop down list on the Contact Us form of the customer-facing web site. Note: If this field is blank for a given locale, this email option is not available on the Contact Us form in that locale. Alphanumeric, up to 255 characters; optional.
From: The text to display in the From line of the email. If a From address is not defined for the email template, the system uses the from address defined in the custserv.email site parameter.
To: The email address where the email is sent. This field displays for Contact Us email templates, indicating the internal customer service representative assigned to respond to emails from the customer facing web site. Alphanumeric, up to 255 characters; required for Contact Us email templates.
Body Contents: In the text entry field, enter the email body. You may use HTML markup tags to format the content, but you must enter the tags by hand, using the standard HTML < > format.

Select Preview to see a preview of the email and verify that the tags are correct.
