Multiple topics

Modified topics. Changes to the UI include:

  • UI text and error messages have been edited to facilitate translation.
  • Fields for entering email address (and confirm email address) are no longer case sensitive.
  • Fields for entering the user security question answer are no longer case sensitive.

Common UI Elements

Modified topic. Added description of the new FAQ module for displaying data from the Oracle Content Server, and the More Support Options module for links to the Service Cloud.

Login Page Elements

Modified topic. The Dashboard pages now show the (optional) Service Cloud features, including FAQ and More Support Options, which has live links to access assistance platforms on the Service Cloud.

Use Case: Viewing the Dashboard Overview (Consumer Edition)

Modified topic. Updated the Current Usage Module to show actual usage amounts for each tariff.

Multiple Payment Topics

Deleted and modified topics. Payment-related topics have been updated for the following features:

Modified topics. Added a Reason field to the Failed Reports pages.

Recurring Payment Page Elements

Modified topic. The payment account selected when the recurring payment was created now appears on the Recurring Payment Information page.

Use Case: Viewing Payment Activity

Modified topic. A link was added to the word Multiple where it displays for a payment transaction that uses multiple billing accounts. The link displays a dialog listing all of the billing accounts for the transaction.
