Use Case: Updating a Personal Profile
This use case lets an Assisted Service application user update the information in his or her personal profile, including name, address phone numbers, mobile service number, and email address. Main Path for Updating a Personal Profile
The main path occurs when a user selects My Account from the Main Menu to display the My Profile page. Alternate Paths for Updating a Personal Profile
The following alternate paths can occur in this use case:
- A user clicks the Profile tab.
- A Merchant user selects My Accounts from the Main menu.
