Use Case: Setting a Preferred Language


This use case lets a user set his or her preferred language for the Assisted Service user interface.

Main Path for Changing the Preferred Language

The main path occurs when a user selects My Account from the Main Menu, then clicks Preferences to display the Change Language page.

Alternate Paths for Changing the Preferred Language

The following alternate paths can occur in this use case:

  • A user clicks Language on the masthead.
  • A user clicks Preferences.
  • A Merchant user selects My Account from the Main Menu, and clicks Preferences.
