Use Case: Selecting a Payment Metrics Report

This use case lets a Merchant user select a payment metric report for the enterprise. Payment metric reports provide summary information about users accessing the Oracle Billing Insight applications, and include the Payment Metrics report.

Main Path for Selecting Payment Metrics Reports

The main path occurs when a Merchant user logs into the Assisted Service application to display the User Metrics page listing the available user metric reports.

Alternate Paths for Selecting Payment Metrics Reports

The following alternate paths can occur in this use case:

• A user clicks the User Metrics tab.
• A user selects Reports from the Main Menu.
