Common Exceptions

The following exceptions can occur throughout the Assisted Service application:

• Error messages display in response to the following:
  • The search criteria return no results.
  • One of the form fields is left blank when submitted.
  • Invalid characters are entered.
• The application times out and displays the Login page.
