Authorization: What Users Can Access
Authorization refers to what users can access. There are several ways to manage this in Primavera Cloud.
Licenses: Licenses grant users access to Primavera Cloud. Administrators can determine which users have which licenses.
Permission Sets: In Primavera Cloud, permission sets help administrators view and set permissions for many users by listing privileges in multi-dimensional tables.
Groups: Security groups make it easier for administrators to assign permission sets to multiple users at the same time. In Oracle Primavera Cloud, administrators can create security groups with permission sets, and then assign users to these groups.
Manager and Performer Roles in Workflows: In Primavera Cloud, the Workflows and Forms app enables managers to route information among different users in a practically infinite combination of ways. When you set up a workflow, you can determine which users receive notifications about workflow events and which users will perform workflow tasks.
