Installation Fails When Reinstalling the Enterprise Back Office Database

Make sure version number in the following databases is lower than the version to which you are upgrading, and delete equal or higher version numbers. For example, if you are upgrading to version 9.0, delete all versionnum entries that are equal to or greater than 9.0.

  • BIREPOS.BIREPOS_VERSION_DB

  • CEDB.CE_VERSION_DB

  • COREDB.CORE_VERSION_DB

  • LOCATION_ACTIVITY_DB.VERSION_DB

  • QUARTZ.QUARTZ_VERSION_DB

  • RTA.RTA_VERSION_DB
