Issue: When trying to launch Serial Redirection, the following errors appear:
Unable to launch the application.
FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource
Resolution: Ensure that the configuration properties for TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 are enabled in the Advanced Settings of the Java Control Panel.
