Customizing a View

The views.xml file describes the view configurations that Oracle CRM On Demand Desktop uses on Oracle CRM On Demand Desktop forms and in Microsoft Outlook views. Each Microsoft Outlook view uses an xml file that is native to Microsoft Outlook. Oracle CRM On Demand Desktop reuses this XML description for custom views.
