Customizing the SalesBook Control

The lookup_view_defs.xml file sets configuration options for the SalesBook control in Microsoft Outlook. This control defines references between objects. Oracle CRM On Demand Desktop uses it primarily in lookup controls. You can use the lookup_view_defs.xml file to specify which objects Oracle CRM On Demand Desktop makes available through each SalesBook control.
