What’s New
Oracle Database Appliance 12.1.2.11.0 release includes support for new features and Oracle Database Patch Set Update (PSU).
The following enhancements are available:
Update Grid Infrastructure to 12.1.0.2.170418.
Oracle Database Patch Set Update (PSU) 12.1.0.2.170418 and 11.2.0.4.170418
New procedures for upgrading storage.
New procedures for creating driver domain guests.
Support for Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel Release 4 (UEK R4) for Oracle Linux.
UEK R4 is the operating system kernel for Oracle Linux 6.8. Release 4 includes new features in the IO stack, better disk scsi error handling, enhanced core kernel functionality and cryptography, improved support for file system and storage, and support for the latest MPT3SAS Linux drivers.
