Viewing Product Information
The views in the Products screen allow end users to view lists of products and obtain information such as prices, key features, and product defects. The Siebel administrator is responsible for entering information on products, product issues, price lists, and other information displayed in the Products views. To view product information
- Navigate to the Products screen, then the Internal Product List view.
- In the Products list, drill down on a product.
- Click any tab.
