SWIOrderUpsert_O2C Workflow

This workflow updates the details of an order to the Siebel application. This workflow is called by the parent workflow SWIOrderUpsert depending on the value of the system preference Enable AIA OrderToCash.

Workflow Description. This workflow performs the following actions:

• Call UpSert. This step inserts or updates the order status and other details that are obtained from the payload. It derives the value for the UTCCanonical input parameter from the UTCCanonical process property. The default value for this property is N.
