Policy Assets is an asset with an insurance policy. An insured asset is one for which an insurance company compensates the policyholder if the asset is damaged or destroyed. Companies and individuals have insurance policies on their assets, or at least their tangible assets, to transfer the risk associated with owning them. There are two types of Policy Asset types. The type under the movable category includes automobiles, and so on. The type under the immovable category includes real estate, equipment, and so on.

· Identifies the potential risks that can cause safety issues or losses. So that they can be addressed to avoid the claims.

The Dwelling Inspector considers the following factors during an inspection:
· The make and age of the house: The materials used to build the house, whether the house is primarily made of cement, bricks, or wood, and when was the house built. Some materials are more combustible.
· Electrical and plumbing system: If there is overloading, frayed wiring, or any potential for burst pipes. The inspector looks for exposed pipes and wiring.
· Roofing: The roof condition to see if there are several layers or if there are missing shingles, wear and tear, or holes.
· Chimneys: If the chimneys are well-maintained because the ill-maintained chimneys are a fire hazard.
· Walls and ceilings: The signs of leaks such as water spots and peeling paint.
· Water connections: The condition of rubber connecting hoses of the washing machine and dishwasher.
· Safety and security systems: The presence of fire alarms, smoke alarms, burglary alarms, dead-bolt locks, and motion sensors.

· Policy Covered Asset Storage Tables
The Stage Vehicle Master and Stage Vehicle Details tables are significant in the data flow process of the vehicle and cargo entities.
· Stage Vehicle Master: This table stores the vehicle details included in the policies and claims. This table supplies the vehicle-related information required for the cargo shipment and storage such as vehicle ID, Policy start date and end date of the vehicle, safety equipment types, distance traveled, parking details, dimension and physical details, vehicle type, engine details, transmission type, material type, security, and so on.
· Stage Vehicle Details: This table stores the vehicle details. This table supplies the vehicle-related information required for the cargo shipment and storage such as vehicle ID, inspection confirmation, different types of flags for the vehicle operation, usage, usage indicator, tracking number, job category aboard, the carrier assigned system identification code, Vehicle Purpose Code, and Vehicle Operated Location Code.
Vehicles with specific type of designs or interiors are required to transport particular types of cargo such as petrol, windmill blade, and so on. The vehicle table details are more useful in such cases.

This section provides information about the Cargo and Inland Marine, and Transportation tables. If a vehicle is a device used to transport goods or a cargo, then the transportation is the action of transporting.
The V_VEHICLE_ID column from the Vehicle tables is also a part of the Stage Policy Coverage Asset Shipment Detail table. This column supplies the unique identifier for the vehicle associated with the policy.
The N_VEHICLE_SKEY column from the Vehicle tables is also a part of the Fact Policy Coverage Asset Shipment Detail table. This column stores the Surrogate Key for the unique identifier for the vehicle associated with the policy.
The cargo is also a policy-covered asset. Therefore, the STG_POL_COV_ASSET_DTLS and FCT_POL_COV_ASSET_DTLS tables are enhanced to store the merchandise-related information. For information about the Policy Covered Asset Details tables, see the section About Policy Assets T2Ts (Result Tables).

This section provides information about the Policy Covered Asset Storage tables. During the transit of cargo, it is stored temporarily at different storage sites (warehouses). The Policy Covered Asset Storage tables are used to save the cargo storage details and also to map those storage details to the policy-covered asset (in this scenario, it is cargo). Therefore, there are two types of Policy Covered Asset Storage tables. They are as follows:
· Policy Covered Asset Storage Details: This table is used to save the cargo storage details such as the Storage ID, address, location ownership, operational security, perimeter fence, inventory value, backup generator, and so on.
· Policy Covered Asset Storage Map: This table is used to save the cargo storage mapping details such as the Storage ID, Policy ID, Coverage ID, and Policy Covered Asset ID, and to map the stored cargo to the policy covered assets tables. As a result, when cargo in transit is stored at different storage sites, the storage site information is mapped to the cargo information (policy covered asset) using this Policy Covered Asset Storage Map table.
For a scenario where multiple parties are involved in the shipment of a policy-covered cargo, the STG_POLICY_COVERAGES and FCT_POLICY_COVERAGES tables are enhanced to store the shipping interest percentage information. All RDBMS related Result tables can also be deployed on Hive (Stage and Results). Deploy the Hive T2Ts using the Rules Run Framework. NOTE:
In general, Stage and Result tables are also supported in Hive. However, there are some exceptions. For a list of tables that are not supported in Hive, see List of Unsupported T2Ts
Follow this SCD process to populate data into a Dimension table:
NOTE:
You can also follow this SCD process to populate data into any Hive-related Dimension table.
1. To populate data into a Dimension table, execute the SCD batch. For a detailed procedure, see the Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) Process.
2. To check the SCD batch execution status of a Dimension table, follow the procedure Check the Execution Status of the SCD Batch.
3. To verify log files, and check the error messages (if any), follow the procedure Verify Log Files and Check Error Messages.
Follow this T2T process to populate data into any T2T Result table:
NOTE:
Only RDBMS T2Ts can be executed using the PMF.
1. To populate data into any T2T Result table, execute the PMF process for that T2T. For a detailed procedure, see the following sections:
a. Prerequisites for loading T2T.
b. Select the Run Parameters and Execute the Run.
2. To check the T2T execution status and verify the log files of any Result table, follow the procedure in the Verify the Run Execution section.
3. To check the error messages, if any, follow the procedure in the Check Error Messages section.
