Contact Team Historical Analytics Subject AreaAvailabilityThis subject area is available in all editions of Oracle CRM On Demand. Business PurposeThis subject area allows you to report on the many-to-many relationship between contacts and team members. You can use it to list all team members associated with a contact and all contacts where a user is added as a team member. You can also use it to report on the Primary Account associated to the Contact. You cannot use this subject area to report on contacts who are not associated with any user or to report on users not linked to a contact.
