The RES 3700 server requires the following:

RES installs Crystal Reports Viewer. If you require report development, you must install the full version of Crystal Reports Professional and then re-install RES. Reports developed in later versions of Crystal must be saved using the 2016 format.

Supported Win32 Devices

RES supports the following Win32 devices. You must install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 or higher.

  • Oracle MICROS Compact Workstation 310

  • Oracle MICROS PC Workstation 2015

  • Oracle MICROS Workstation 6 Series

  • Oracle MICROS Tablet E-Series and MICROS E-Series Base Station (uses Microsoft Windows 8.1 Industry Edition)

    Make sure to set Tablet E-Series as a Workstation Workstation Type in the POS Configurator.

  • Oracle MICROS Tablet 720 and Tablet 721 (using Microsoft Windows 8.1 or Microsoft Windows 10)
