OLT Language Analysis now uses OLT 3.1.1, which improves search recall and accuracy.
Support for project-specific OLT custom dictionaries has been added. When loading OLT customization files, dgidx will first look for project specific OLT custom dictionary before falling back to the default. The dgraph will ONLY load OLT custom dictionaries available in its input from dgidx. Re-indexing is required after upgrading to version 11.3 due to the change in how dgraph loads OLT dictionaries.
