Telemarketing Special Price Override Reason (F36)

Purpose: Use this screen to define the price override reason code to use when adding an item on telemarketing special to an order.

Code field: Enter the price override reason code for the system to assign to items you add to an order by selecting them at the Telemarketing Specials window.

The system adds the price override reason code only if you specify a price for the telemarketing special; however, you can set up telemarketing specials for an item without a special price, so that it will display in the telemarketing pop-up windows strictly for upselling purposes.

Important: The price override reason code you specify here cannot be the same price override reason code defined for the Price Table Level Override Code (E05) system control value.

If you leave this field unselected, the system uses the Default Price Override Reason (B35).
