How to print: At the Print A/P Aging Screen select OK.

Contents:

• vendor name (not remit to name)

• vendor number

• vendor phone number (no extension number appears)

• total due

• current due (the aging buckets are defined by system control values such as A/P Aging 1 Column Heading (C22)

• 1-30 days past due

• 31-60 days past due

• 61-90 days past due

• 91-120 days past due

• over 120 days past due

• final total
