Printing the A/R Adjustments Journal (ARAJ)

Purpose: Use the A/R Adjustments Journal and A/R Adjustment Summary to view a detailed audit trail of A/R adjustment transactions entered in Cash Receipts for a range of dates. Only A/R open items you create by selecting Create at the Pay Open Items Screen display on these reports. These open items are not included in the Cash Receipts Journal because they are not cash transactions.

The A/R Adjustments Journal lists detail information for each bill-to customer's open items. The A/R Adjustment Summary lists the total postings to each general ledger account number for each date in a range of dates.

See Working with Cash Receipts (WCRT) for more information on cash receipts.
