Printing the Open Quotes Report (POQR)
Purpose: Use this menu option to print the Open Quotes Report, which provides information on open quotes based on the following selection criteria entered on the Open Quotes Report screen:
• Entered quote date range: The report includes open quotes that were entered within a specified date range.
• Expired quote date range: The report includes open quotes whose cancel date falls within a specified date range.
• Order type: The report includes open quotes whose order type matches the specified order type.
Use this screen to define the selection criteria you wish to use to print the Open Quotes Report.
How to display this screen: Enter POQR in the Fast path field at the top of any menu or select Print Open Quotes Report from a menu.

The first entered quote date to include on the report. The system includes open quotes whose Entered date is equal to or greater than this date. The date must be in MMDDYY format. The From date cannot be greater than the To date. The date cannot be greater than the current date. If you enter a From date, you must also enter a To date. The order type you enter must have the Quote field selected. Order types are defined in and validated against the Order Type table; see Establishing Order Types (WOTY). Generate the Open Quotes Report |
Enter your selection criteria and select Print Report. The system submits the OPEN_QUOTE job to generate the report and returns you to the main menu. |
