A/R Aging 4 Credit Check (B09)

Purpose: Use this screen to define whether you want the credit check process to evaluate the fourth aging bucket.

Yes/No field: If you select this field, the credit check process evaluates a customer's outstanding balance for the aging category you have defined in A/R Aging 4 Days (B03). If a balance exists, any new orders for this customer are placed on hold.

If you enter a value in this field, make sure you complete the system control values: A/R Aging 4 Column Heading (A96) and A/R Aging 4 Days (B03).

If you select this system control value, you do not need to complete the remaining A/R aging credit check values.
