Slotting Detail Worksheet

Purpose: This report lists all of the information in the Location Slotting Work table. Use this report to help you physically move items from their current pickable primary location to their new pickable primary location.

How to print: Select Print Worksheet on the Transfer Items Primary Location for Slotting Screen.

• Whs: The code and description of the warehouse associated with the slotting information. From Warehouse in the Location Slotting Work table.

• Item: A code for an item that is eligible for slotting. From Item in the Location Slotting Work table.

• SKU: A code for the SKU of an item is eligible for slotting. From SKU in the Location Slotting Work table.

• Description: A description of the item. From Description in the Item table.

• Transfer Quantity: The on-hand quantity in the current From location to transfer to the new To location. From Transfer Qty in the Location Slotting Work table.

• Loc Cls: A code for the location class assigned to the From location. From Location Class in the Location table. Note: Regardless of the setting of the Allow Location Class Edit in Inventory Transaction (F86), the system allows you to transfer an item to a new primary location whose location class does not match the location class for the item.

• From Location: A code for the current item location whose on-hand quantity will be transferred to the new To location. The system includes a separate line for each primary location defined for the item/SKU in the warehouse. This field remains blank if a primary location has not been defined for the item/SKU; this can occur if the item is new with an open PO quantity. From From Loc in the Location Slotting Work table.

• To Location: Enterable field where you can enter the new primary location for the item. The system transfers the on-hand quantity for the From location to this new location.

• Loc Min: The minimum quantity defined for the From item location. From Loc Min in the Location Slotting Work table.

• New Min: Enterable field where you can enter the minimum quantity for the new item location.

• Loc Max: The maximum quantity defined for the From item location. From Loc Max in the Location Slotting Work table.

• New Max: Enterable field where you can enter the maximum quantity for the new item location.
