Common Viewpoint Vista ERP Connection Issues
This section explains the most common health check issues found for organizations using the Viewpoint adapter. Each described error focuses on what the issue means, possible causes, and how to proceed.

General Guidance for End Users
If you see one of these errors, it does not necessarily mean you did something wrong. In most cases, the issue is related to SQL Server availability, network connectivity, firewall rules, database permissions, database maintenance, or Viewpoint database configuration.
