Edit Schedule of Values for Subcontractors

Use the Edit Schedule of Values page to enter the budget after agreeing to a contract. This acts as your contract's budget on the system and shows the General Contractor budget components included in your subcontract. The Schedule of Values (SoV) originally displays the budget total in one line. Consider breaking out the SoV if the General Contract requires a detailed work budget.

Caution: Do not confuse this page with the your Billing Workflow. The values entered on this page must add up to the entire contract budget.

Subcontractors use their Billing Workflow to bill the General Contractor during the draw process.

If your subcontract includes only one component, the SoV will show a single table. The Scheduled Value Amount column will display the Contract Value entered by the General Contractor.
