On-System Supplier Draw Management

As a Prime Subcontractor, set up Sub-Tier Subcontractors and Suppliers directly on the application to eliminate the need for joint checks. Sub-Tiers submit invoices and lien waivers. In return, they receive direct, ACH payment from the General Contractor or Owner.

Draw Process and Invoicing Steps

The General Contractor initiates the draw and invites all billing participants. Billing participants are those who have confirmed they are participating in the project.

When the General Contractor opens a draw:

When the General Contractor opens a draw, you can add a Sub-Tier Subcontractor or Supplier. From the Draw Home page, select the Add Draw Participants link. 

Want to automatically include your Sub-Tiers to all draws you are in? 
Select the All subcontractors included in draws by default project setting.

 Required Steps

  1. Approve (or Reject) Invoices: Review and approve or reject Sub-Tier Subcontractor and Supplier invoices.

  2. View Uploaded Files: Upload additional documents to the invoice (for example, certified payroll, photos of stored material)
    • Users can mark an attachment Classified in order to limit which Subcontractor roles can view it.
    • All users can see unclassified files.

  3. Enter Billing Details: Enter your invoice. If your On-System Sub-Tiers are billing, you must approve their invoices before you submit your invoice to the General Contractor.
