Common ERP Connection Issues
Use this information to troubleshoot common ERP connection health-check errors.
This guidance applies to all supported ERP integrations. Error wording varies by ERP. Search for a distinctive phrase or status code to find the relevant topic.
Contact the appropriate team based on the error:
- ERP Administrator or ERP Consultants: ERP availability, account status, permissions, maintenance, local ERP components, and certificates
- Database Administrator: Database availability, connectivity, locking, and deadlocks.
- Textura Support: Textura integration configuration, connector behavior, repeated health-check failures, and coordination with technical teams.
If you are unsure whom to contact, send Textura Support the complete non-sensitive error details and failure time.
For more specific guidance for common connection issues for a particular ERP, refer to the Adapter-Specific Integration Troubleshooting section.
