Using the Adapter-Specific Help Documentation

The Adapter-Specific Integration Troubleshooting section contains help documentation for supported ERP adapters.

Use adapter-specific help for errors returned when the adapter connects to the ERP. It may not apply to an Unable to connect to adapter service error, which identifies a failure between Textura and the adapter.

To use adapter-specific help:

Select the section that matches your ERP adapter.
Compare the error in Connection Status with the examples in your adapter section.
Use a topic only if your error matches its example. Similar causes with different error wording may require different troubleshooting.
Follow only the recommended actions that match your access and responsibilities.
Contact your ERP administrator, IT administrator, ERP consultant, or Textura Support if the resolution requires access you do not have.
Bookmark the central Integration Troubleshooting page. It will link to additional adapter guides as they are published.

When contacting Textura Support, provide:

Your organization ID
The ERP adapter name and adapter version
The exact error message
The failure date and time, including the time zone
The last successful connection time
A description of recent adapter, ERP, authentication, server, or network changes.
Caution: Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, client secrets, or complete database connection strings in screenshots, email, or support descriptions.
