Merge Profile
The Merge Profile functionality is available with the OPX_ACSC license.
To reduce the number of duplicate profiles in OPERA.
If both profiles that exist in the PTS system have already been looked Up and fetched into OPERA, then the user will need to manually merge the profiles.
During nightly pre-fetch routine, players that have been merged in PTS will have the new information sent to OPERA. The profiles will be merged in OPERA if there is not already an existing profile in opera with the same PTS number. If this condition exists, the OPERA user will need to manually merge the profiles within OPERA.
OPERA will not merge guests if a duplicate PTS exists in OPERA.
