Re-opening a Proposal

When a proposal is approved, it is locked to prevent users from making changes to an approved proposal. Locked proposals can be re-opened by users with the appropriate permissions.

To re-open a proposal:

  1. Navigate to the Proposals page.
  2. Click on the proposal to be re-opened
  3. Based on your permissions, you will see the option to reopen a proposal. From the Proposal Details page, select Reopen from the Workflow menu.

Note: Once a proposal is re-opened it must go through the sign-off and approval process before a project can be created for that proposal.
