Working with Team Signoffs

EnterpriseTrack allows you to build in specific sign-off requirements for proposals. If a proposal has sign-offs that are required, users will not be able to create a project for that proposal until all the required sign-offs have been acquired.

Requesting a Sign Off

To request a sign off from a team member:

  1. Navigate to the Proposal Details page.
  2. From the Workflow drop-down menu, select Request Team Signoffs.
  3. Select the appropriate check boxes and click the Save button. An email is sent to each member and a sign off request item is delivered to their My Work page.

    Note: You can view the status of the sign-offs for a proposal by clicking the Edit Team Sign Off Status tab on the Manage Team Signoffs page.

Approving/Rejecting a Team Signoff

  1. Navigate to the Proposal Details page.
  2. From the Workflow drop-down menu, select Team Signoffs.
  3. Select the Edit Team Signoff Status tab.
  4. From the Signoff Status drop-down menu, select from one of the following options: Signoff Granted, Conditional Signoff Granted, or Signoff Denied. If you select Conditional Signoff Granted, you can enter your conditions in the Comments box. The next level approver can then decide to either reject or allow the proposal to proceed.
  5. Click Save.
