Oracle Private Cloud account management is the responsibility of you, the customer, and you can assign administrators to manage your deployed services and applications.

Typically, two or more administrators on your team to manage the Oracle Private Cloud accounts. They monitor your Oracle Private Cloud usage and create and manage Cloud Service instances. They also can create additional Private Cloud users, who can be assigned specific tasks or roles.
