Enterprise reports must be assigned to an employee role in Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics before authorized employees can run them. An administrator typically assigns the reports to a role.
In Reporting and Analytics, click Admin, click Warehouse, click Reports, and then click Report Roles.
Highlight a role, and then click Select.
On the Role Reports screen, click Add.
Select the report names from the list, and then click Save.
Create a report category:
Click Admin, click Warehouse, click Reports, and then click Report Categories.
Click Add.
On the Report Categories screen, enter the Name of the new report category, a Description, and specify a Sort Order.
