Oracle Customer Engagement (Relate) web service related credentials are managed in credential stores using the interface shown in Figure 12-1. The administrator can use this screen to configure the name and password, which is used for generating the authentication key that is sent as part of the message to Oracle Customer Engagement.
The Credential Stores dialog box requires the following information:
Label - describes the credential store map and key
Username - user name provided by Oracle Customer Engagement (Relate)
Password - password provided by Oracle Customer Engagement (Relate)
Confirm Password - prompt to confirm user password
Description - used by the administrator to describe the credential store used for Customer Segment integration with Oracle Customer Engagement.
