15 Troubleshooting

This chapter focuses on the errors that you may encounter while using Oracle Pulse.

An unexpected error occurred during the login process. Please check back later or contact Oracle Support.
  • There was an issue retrieving your user information.
Contact your Service Delivery Manager or Oracle Support.
ERROR
  • Backend responded with an error page.

  • Communication error.
  • Error when processing the document.
  • Invalid document.
  • Invalid request (missing parameter).
No activity during selected month.
  • There are no activities created that count towards CSU charges.

  • No data for the selected time period.

  • No data corresponding to the search or filter criteria.
  • No data found in the backend side.
