As it is likely that your property has a variety of rooms that range in size, bedding, exposure and amenities, OPERA Cloud enables you to classify these rooms into different room classes and room types. Pricing schedules are then defined for each room type and room type availability is maintained.
When the Room Class OPERA Control is active room types with similar characteristics can be grouped under a common room class. Using room classes and room types and associating room types to rooms, you can organize and manage your housekeeping and inventory activities better. Financial and statistical reporting may also be generated with specific room class(es) selected as a filter.
