Making a Guest Profile Private

You can mark guest profiles as private to your property; preventing the profile from appearing in profile searches at other properties.

Note:

This feature requires the View Profiles Created in Hubs OPERA Control to be inactive.
  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profile and then select Manage Profile.
  2. View By: Select Guest or Contact from the list.
  3. Enter additional search criteria, click Search.
  4. Search for profiles in search results, click I Want To..., select Mark Profile as Private
