Managing Reservation Cancellation

You can cancel a reservation at any time prior to the reservation check-in. Cancelling a reservation returns the room type reserved back to inventory.

When the Cancellation Handling OPERA Control is active there is a cancellation policy (rule) on the reservation; informing you of the cancellation penalty. For more information, see Managing Reservation Deposit and Cancellation.
