Task Sheets

Prerequisites for Task Sheets

Task Sheets inform housekeeping room attendants about their daily work assignments. They provide a list of rooms assigned to attendants, any special instructions about specific rooms, and related reservations details.

When the Housekeeping Task Scheduling OPERA Control is active, tasks are assigned to each room according to the task schedule configured on the room type or the reservation

Task sheets can auto-generate, or you can manually create them by assigning rooms to each task sheet and attendant as needed. With the Inspected OPERA Control active, you can generate separate task sheets for room inspections (rooms in clean status). With the Turndown OPERA Control active, you can generate separate task sheets for turndown service based on the evening sections and credits.

After creating the task sheet, you can generate and distribute task sheet reports to room attendants or supervisors. Task sheets are also available from the Task Companion on mobile devices. The Task Companion replaces the need for printed task sheet reports by providing real-time, interactive housekeeping task management and enables you to update room and housekeeping status, view and resolve reservation traces, and request assistance from other room attendants. See OPERA Cloud Mobile Application Overview.

You can track task sheet completion and attendant progress from the Attendant Console.
