Prerequisites for Simple Events
The Simple Events feature enables you to create and manage basic catering events on block reservations. You can schedule an event for a specific date, time period, and number of attendees, assign an Event space and specify the Event Type and Setup Style. You can also add event notes to track various resource requirements for the event.
These events then appear on the Simple Diary, which shows scheduled events by date, time of day, and Event space.
You can also use the Contract Merge Report to generate a pseudo Banquet Event Order report for the events. Refer to Blocks and Groups Reports.
