From the Opera Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles.
View By: Select Guest or Contact from the list.
Enter additional search criteria, click Search.
Select the profile from the search result, click <Profile Name>, or click I Want To... and go to Profile.

Title: Select a title (Greeting) from the list; this list is language specific.
Language: Select a language from the list; when the Multi language OPERA Control is active guest stationery is generated in this language.
Contact: Select the make the guest profile also a contact profile.
Keep History: Select this check box to exclude this profile from the profile purge.
Click Save.
