Analysis Reports implement the following user permissions:
All users with access to OBIEE Self-Service can create, preview, modify, and publish their own reports through the portlet.
Users with the Publish/Un-Publish Analysis permission can publish reports created by other users.
All users, regardless of access to OBIEE Analysis, can run published reports, and can then export, print, add to a briefing book, and copy the analysis XML for the report output.
