Carton Details Options

Purpose: You can perform the following actions on the Carton Details window.

•         Review the Invoice Associated with a Carton

•         Review Shipment Tracking Information on the Shipper’s Web Site

•         Sort Items in the Carton

Review the Invoice Associated with a Carton

Select the Invoice link to advance to the Invoice Detail page.

Note:             The Invoice link is available only if you advanced to the Carton Details page from the Order Summary page.

Recently Viewed Invoices

Once you advance to the Invoice Detail page for an invoice, the link to the Invoice Detail page displays in the left-hand navigation pane under Recently Viewed Invoices as Invoice #, where # is the invoice number.

The Recently Viewed Invoices title displays up to the last ten recently viewed invoices in reverse chronological order, with the most recently viewed invoice at the top of the list.

Review Shipment Tracking Information on the Shipper’s Web Site

If shipment tracking is available on the shipper’s web site, the shipment Tracking Number is also a live link to the shipper’s shipment tracking web page, where you can review shipment history (provided you have access to the World Wide Web).

Supported ship via types: Live links to shipment tracking web pages for shippers are available if the ship via type is:

•         UPS

•         Federal Express

•         Parcel Post (not Parcel Post Class 1, 2, 3, or 4)

If the ship via type is anything other than UPS, Federal Express, or Parcel Post, the tracking number is not a live link.

Sort Items in the Carton

You can sort on any column in the Items in This Carton Table by clicking on the column name. An arrow pointing up displays next to the field when the values for the field display in ascending sequence; an arrow pointing down displays next to the field when the values for the field display in descending sequence.

Items first display in this table in ascending item ID sequence.
