To create a new article, complete the following steps:
In the Browse panel, navigate to Content. See Using the Navigation Panel for details.
Note: You can also create an article from the Find panel when Content is selected in the Look in menu.
Click the Create button in the toolbar and select Article.
Fill in the property fields in the Details panel. Required fields are marked with a star icon.
Click the Create button at the bottom of the Details panel.
