Once you have deployed a site to your production environment, you can disable the site so that external users cannot access the site. When you disable a site, it can be accessed by internal applications.
Open the Business Control Center.
Select Site Administration.
Select the Site Assets link.
Enter the name of a project and click Continue.
Right-click the site to disable, and click Disable.
You are presented with a message that the site has been disabled. If the site has already been disabled, you are presented with a message that the site is already disabled.
