Configure ID lengths settings to specify the maximum number of characters allowed for IDs and codes.
To configure ID lengths settings:
- Click Administration.
- On the Administration navigation bar, click Application Settings.
- On the Application Settings page, click ID Lengths.
- On the ID Lengths page:

Increase or 
Decrease for each code or ID to specify maximum lengths. - Click Save and Close.

Tips
ID lengths cannot exceed 40 characters. Code lengths cannot exceed 32 characters.
