Follow the steps below to export resources to an XER file that can be imported by other P6 Professional users.
- Choose File, Export.
- Choose Primavera PM - (XER).
- From the pull-down menu, select the appropriate version. Click Next.
- Choose Resource Only. Click Next.
- Type or select the name of the export file and the location where the file will be saved.
- Click Finish.
- Click Close.
