The following options are displayed when the form is in edit mode. You must have edit permissions to edit a BP record form.
Toolbar Options

Send
| To route a workflow business process to the specified recipients. This option is displayed only for workflow BPs.

Save
| To save a draft of the form. You can view your drafts under Home > Drafts.

Submit
| Use Submit when you have finished editing a record. Displayed on all Non Workflow BPs when in Edit Mode.

Menu
| The options you see under menu are based on the BP design.
- Auto-Create: Displayed on any BP that can auto create other BPs.
- Print HTML, PDF and Custom: Displayed on all BPs.
- Export Line item template: Displayed on any BP that has detail form integration interface defined.
- Terminate Record: Displayed on all BPs. This option is displayed only if the user has permissions to terminate records.
- Transfer Ownership: Displayed on all BPs.This option is displayed only if the user has permission to transfer ownership.
- Undo Accept Task: Displayed on all workflow BPs. This option is displayed only after the user has accepted a task.
- View Map: Displayed on all BPs that support geo-coding in their design.
